Tilly Birds, one of Thailand’s hottest bands, played in front of their Filipino fans during their Tilly Birds Concert in Manila last September 9, 2023, at the SM Skydome North EDSA in Quezon City. Third, Milo and Billy, the three who have given us music spanning from heartbreaking to joyous to party anthem, have kept the fans excited and emotional throughout the solo show!

Tilly Birds kicked off the show with “I’m Not Boring, You’re Just Bored“, “Bangkok Winter“, “Chan Mai Chai (Khon Thi Chai)“, and “Worth The Wait“.
Tilly Birds showed early on how their music could captivate a large audience. In response to the warm reception from the Filipino fans, they were at a lost for words, and Third even joked that he only knew the phrase “Mahal kita.”
Without Third’s wonderful vocals, Milo’s amazing rap and drumming, and Billy’s beyond superb guitar talents, Tilly Birds’ music wouldn’t be complete. Not only that, but the songs will either have you psyched up and up there partying, or they will make you emotional and ugly weep! There is no middle ground! Even though their language is different from that of the fans, their music and message reach them. It’s amazing how they connect, and it’s true that music is a language that knows no barriers.
Third, the vocalist for the band described the intensity of the Filipino crowd as insane and beyond words. The band’s response when the crowd sing along to their songs so loudly is also something to remember; it was undoubtedly a core moment.
The band performed “White Pills,” an unreleased song off their upcoming Full English album, on stage in addition to playing their well-known songs “Just Being Friendly,” “Same Page,” and “Until Then.” Back-to-back performances of their songs made up the encore, and a lengthy series of intense instrumentals that followed caused the crowd to let out all of their energy in order to keep up with the band’s unrivaled enthusiasm!
Tilly Birds’ was more than Worth The Wait
The authentic connection that exists between the band members and their fans is something to cherish because of their unwavering love for their craft, which extends to their fans, as well as the manner in which they express their gratitude to their listeners and support one another. It’s so worth crossing watching the Tilly Birds live off your bucket list!
The trio expressed they wanted for a comeback to the country soon and hinted at it in an Instagram post. Who knows, perhaps the Tilly Birds will perform here next year?
