PH Buddies gathered at Gateway Cineplex 5 at 2:00 pm on July 22, 2022 for Yerin’s “Aria” Fansign in Manila.
Prior to Yerin’s arrival, Buddies were all busy preparing for their fan project. Additionally, we saw them holding cardboards of GFRIEND members Eunha, SinB, Sowon, Yuju, and Umji, making us feel that the other members are also present and supporting Yerin.
As soon as Yerin arrived, the fans could not contain their excitement and cheered as loudly as they could for the stunning artist. I can’t blame Buddies as I am also astounded by how delicate and flawless she looks in person!
From letters to bucket hats, bracelets and beers, the gifts Yerin received either touched her or made her laugh. PH Buddies are real experts in grabbing Yerin’s attention. But in response, Yerin shot them with endearing smiles and soft glares that, even from a distance, caused the audience’s hearts to melt.

After the fan signing and photo opportunity, Yerin was asked to watch the video Buddies had made for her. She viewed it attentively and even clapped when she saw GFRIEND in the frame. When the video ended, Buddies flew paper planes and put up the banners they prepared for her.
It’s wonderful how intimate the event was and how connections grew not only between Yerin and the fans but also within the fandom.
