The ship sailed succesfully as HORI7ON wraps up First Concert in Manila
HORI7ON, an all-Filipino global pop group, performed in the Big Dome for their first ever concert, “HORI7ON 1ST CONCERT: Friend-SHIP [Voyage To Manila],” last September 9. HORI7ON ensured that this day would live in the memory of ANCHORS with three hours of outstanding performances.
VINCI, KIM, KYLER, REYSTER, WINSTON, JEROMY, and MARCUS opened the stage on fire with METEOR. They lit up the stage even more with their other hit songs, DASH, TIGER, SIX7EEN, and BIRTHDAY.
As the boys showcased their talents with the unexpected solo performances ft. some members from NEW:ID and TFN, cheers from the ANCHORS reverberated throughout the dome. Some members performed “Death or Paradise” to display the group’s darker side. Loud cheers greeted HAEUN of LAPILLUS as she performed HOW YOU FEEL with MARCUS and JEROMY.
With their renditions of TXT’s SUGAR RUSH, ENHYPEN’S DRUNK-DAZED, SEVENTEEN’S SUPER, and STRAY KIDZ’S S-CLASS, the boys proved their dancing prowess. The members also performed SB19’s GENTO, which prompted further applause from the crowd.
The boys did some mini challenges on stage, like dance showdown, girl group dance, and 2x speed version. They also tested out their HORI7ON LIGHTSTICK syncing by changing its colors. MARCUS even asked the fans to do a lightstick wave.
The group serenaded the fans with their two Filipino songs, MAMA and SALAMAT. HORI7ON then went on to perform other songs from their album, including ODD EYE, HIT ME, LOVEY DOVEY, and TAKE MY HAND.
HORI7ON thanked the fans with their handwritten messages flashing on the big screen. Their first ever concert ended with SIX7EEN and DASH.
