eaJ returns to Manila for his first ever solo concert ‘When The Rain Stopped Following Me’ in the country, held last September 1, 2024, at SM North Edsa.

The Korean-American singer-songwriter Park Jae-Hyung, also known as eaJ, officially kicked off his world tour in Manila, and it was beyond our expectations! It was his second time in the country after his last visit in December 2022 for the ‘Head in the Clouds’ Festival.

Upon arriving at the venue, there were a lot of activities, such as the Fanzone and Cupsleeves event, prepared for everyone ahead in preparation for the event that will happen later that night. Filo JARs were already lined up to see him! But we never expected that artist himself, eaJ, would show up to the public and start to endorse and sell his own merchandise. Everyone was too stunned to speak at that moment. Not to mention, everyone knows how to respect and gave him personal space too!

The night was about to start as eaJ made an incredible opening performance of Burn, Visions, Traveler, showcasing his exceptional talent and powerful voice. After his first set, he greeted the fans and introduced himself as ‘Tito Jae’ (uncle). He made the fans choose whether to call him ‘Tito’ or ‘Kuya’, but at the end he prefers to be called ‘Tito’. He also mentioned how grateful he was to be in Manila.

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.”

His vocal talent was evident in his next performance, where he skillfully hit impressive high notes in tracks such as Mad, Friendly Fire, Right Where You Left Me, etc.

These are also some of the songs that were also included on his setlist during his tour in Manila: Safe in the Rain, In My Civic, LA Stars, and Castle in the Sky.

He never let his fans down, as he also performed ‘Pacman,’ and for his final song ‘Car Crash,’  he got down from the stage and started to jam and sing along with Filo JARs. It was an unforgettable night for everyone. Fans also extended their birthday greetings to eaJ by surprising him with a cake after his performance, which was also the highlight of his concert.

Thank you so much for having us. Thank you again for coming!”

Our Tito Jae expressed how he appreciates all the love and support from the fans.

Surely, making Manila his first stop of the tour was indeed a good start, as it allowed us to enjoy and experience this incredible night with our Tito!

We would like to extend our gratitude to Three Angles Production for bringing eaJ in Manila ‘When the Rain Stopped Following Me’, until next time!

  • Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this site.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get that “perfect balance” between usability and visual appeal.
I must say that you’ve done a awesome job with this.
Also, the blog loads extremely fast for me on Safari.
    Superb Blog!
