Enclosed in this story are the memories we gathered on July 14, 2024. A day as eventful as the first ring of the siren and is quite impossible to forget.

The rustling and bustling around the Smart Araneta Coliseum was a usual sight to see if you frequent concerts in that venue. But it seemed as if we’re experiencing everything for the first time again, like how we experienced a first with RIIZE. Filipino BRIIZE were seen taking photos with posters with the faces of the members.

And as the coliseum slowly filled up, the excitement became more evident in everyone’s eyes and screams every time the VCR would change. To fully grasp some of our favorite moments, here’s a few short videos from fan con.

As jaw dropping it is to see RIIZE in the flesh, it’s more overwhelming to see them perform ‘Siren’ as their intro song of the night.

And because Honestly is my personal favorite RIIZE song, hearing them sing a snippet in acapella was HEAVEN.

Alongside hearing ‘Honestly’ live, seeing Shotaro dance to Kai’s ‘Mmmh’ was definitely one for the books.

One of their challenges was to dance to SB19’s ‘Gento’ and BINI’s ‘Salamin Salamin’ and personally would vote for the ‘Gento’ challenge of Hyung Team, which consists of Shotaro, Sungchan, and Eunseok.

As for the ‘Salamin Salamin’ challenge, I personally liked Dongsaeng Team’s rendition. This team consists of the maknae line Wonbin, Sohee, and Anton.

It would take me days to actually go through each and every detail there is in this fan con and since I don’t exactly have that, I’ll end this short summary of mine with RIIZE’s performance of another fan favorite ‘Talk Saxy’ and their first ever live performance of ‘Boom Boom Bass’.

It was truly a magical night with RIIZE and this wouldn’t have happened without Bench/. Special thanks to them for bringing Shotaro, Sungchan, Eunseok, Wonbin, Sohee, and Anton to Manila to meet their Filipino BRIIZE.

Until your next visit to Manila, RIIZE. Hopefully it’ll be a full concert soon!
