The season of love is not yet over as the South Korean rapper, producer, artist, and performer Kim Hanbin, also known as B.I, captivates the hearts of Filipino IDs once again with his recent fan meeting in the Philippines, a collaboration with Privé Alliance last March 4, 2024, at Mall of Asia Arena.
“Mahal Kita B.I!” These words surprised the Filipino IDs (Identity, a fandom name for B.I’s fan) as they screamed their hearts out for B.I when he set the stage and performed his latest single, ‘Loved.’ Aside from being an artist who founded his own entertainment agency, 131 Label, he also has a keen taste for fashion.
Privé Alliance is a high-end streetwear brand founded in 2017 and known for having a unique concept. His collaboration builds a connection with his fans by conveying his thoughts about the shade of love that is within his collection, particularly the color blue. It depicts “love that burns, freezes, and leaves emptiness.” These ideas came from the artistic mind of B.I, and by creating this special collection, he hopes to share them with others. He is well-known for his versatility when it comes to music, being an incredible artist, and now in fashion! It reflects the all-around comfort and sophistication that Privé Alliance wants to showcase to us.
Love and youth are the themes of this collection, which also portrays the relationship between B.I and IDs. Love brings happiness, and it is an undeniably heartwarming experience to see how he truly admires and cares about everyone. Youth signifies that there is no age limit when it comes to inspiring other people.
There is no barrier that can hinder us from admiring one another with B.I’s passionate performance of ‘BTBT’,
There are also some lucky fans who received a signed hoodie from B.I not only that, but he genuinely initiated giving it to them personally. We also witnessed his interaction with fans in how he literally went over the place in the arena just to see the fans up close.
Filo-IDs prepared a special fan project called ‘Love is Blue’ that expresses their love and support for him. After seeing the video and the blue roses, he said he almost cried because of it.
The existence of B.I and IDs means the creation of their own universe; they cherish every single moment as they sing together ‘Cosmos’ for his final performance in B.I Loved in Manila.
It came to an end, but don’t worry because B.I’s plans for the year 2024 are to have a tour, in fact Philippines is one of them. There is no official announcement yet, but we have something to look forward to. I guess see you soon, B.I?
