Lee Seung Gi’s “The Dreamer’s Dream – Chapter 2” unfolded in Manila, captivating audiences with his exceptional talent. This concert reminded us that while there may be numerous amazing actors in the industry, our original favorites always hold a special place in our hearts.
The beloved Lee Seung Gi, our OG oppa, graced Manila on May 27, 2023, for a concert held at the New Frontier Theater. Earlier that day, we had the privilege of meeting him at the Market! Market! Activity Center, where he conducted an open Press Conference for both the media and his adoring fans. It had been four years since his last visit to the Philippines, making this occasion even more meaningful.
During the Press Conference, we had an incredible time getting to know the actor on a deeper level. He shared hints about his potential future endeavors and unveiled some of his plans for his 20th anniversary next year. Furthermore, he expressed how he thinks about his Filipino fans and what makes him instantly recognize them.

As night fell, we were treated to two unforgettable hours with Lee Seung Gi. He showcased his exceptional singing abilities, performing a medley of his greatest hits from throughout his illustrious career.
Here are the moments that we loved the most!
1. His first set consisted of various emotional songs, putting the Filipino Airens in the right mood.
2. We couldn’t help but smile brightly when he expressed that the Manila crowd was the best!
3. The sea of Filipino Airens jamming with him was an incredible sight to behold.
4. He truly demonstrated what a great singer he is, leaving us in awe.
5. At the request of his Filipino fans, he performed ‘Losing My Mind,’ an OST from his popular series ‘My Girlfriend is a Gumiho,’ not once, but twice.
6. He also surprised us with an unreleased song called “I Got To Know It That Way,” which will be included in his 20th album next year. As per his request, we did not post it online, but you can still hear the ballad prince sing some of his songs below. Moreover, he hinted that his upcoming album will feature collaborations with various juniors, seniors, and producers.
It was truly a memorable night for all of us, and we were thrilled to witness this amazing singer, actor, and entertainer in such an intimate concert. As Lee Seung Gi nears his 20th debut anniversary, we will continue to support him wholeheartedly.
