Kim Ji Won is known for her roles in Descendants of the Sun and Queen of Tears. The South Korean Actress is set to meet her Filo DongDengs for the first time on August 3 at the New Frontier Theatre. The promoter, PULP Live World, announced that the fan meeting was officially sold out in less than three hours after tickets went on sale.

Prior pursuing acting career, Kim Ji Won also trained for singing and dancing. She was a background vocalist of south korean singer, Youngha and appeared on her music video for “Gossip Boy” back in 2008. In 2010, she also appeared in BIGBANG’s Lollipop Pt. 2 Music Video.
Kim Ji Won appeared in several films, including Romantic Heaven, Horror Stories, Horror Stories 2, and Detective K: Secret of the Living Dead. She was also known in the web series One Sunny Day where she starred alongside So Ji Sub.
In 2016, she became part of the hit series Descendants of The Sun, where she played the role of an army surgeon. After a year, she took on the lead role in Fight For My Way, costarring with Park Seojoon.
Kim Ji Won starred in the Arthdal Chronicles as Song Joong ki’s love interest, web series Lovestruck in the City and the television series My Liberation Notes prior to portraying the iconic character of Hong Hae In, the Queens Group’s chaebol heiress, in Queen of Tears.
Queen of Tears, starring Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won, reached a nationwide rating of 24.850% for its final episode and became the highest-rated TVN series.
