Thai Actor Dew Jirawat Sutivanichsak returned to Manila on October 14, this time as a solo act for his first-ever fanmeet in Manila. He had already performed in Manila the previous year for the Shooting Star concert alongside fellow F4 Thailand actors Bright Vachiravit, Win Metawin, and Nani Hirunkit. The fanmeet was held at the Samsung Hall in SM Aura Premier, Taguig, where fans of all ages gathered to celebrate another milestone in Dew’s young career.
Not just a great actor, Dew also captivated his audience with his beautiful vocals, performing songs such as “In the Wind,” “My Ecstacy”, and “North Star.” When asked about his favorite songs, he shared that he likes The 1975’s “About You,” although he jokingly refused to divulge his other top songs as those were his to cherish. He also grew shy when (G)I-DLE’s M/V, “I Do” featuring him and Tu Tontawan was shown!
Dew was a really good sport throughout the fanmeet, eagerly participating in the games prepared for him and humoring the loud cheers his PH fans showered him with non-stop. He played Pinoy Henyo with the fans, relying on their miming to guess the words flashed behind him. Dew won, and he rewarded his fans with cute poses to their delight.
He also tried a number of Filipino delicacies, such as Halo-Halo, Turon, and Chicharon. Dew especially liked Turon and even asked the audience where he could buy more, with his fans jokingly turning all to Turon vendors as they jokingly offered to sell him more.
Overall, Dew’s first-ever solo fanmeet in Manila was a resounding success. Dew and his Filipino fans were able to bond and create more memories together through the fanmeet. The venue was filled with screams, cheers, and laughter as fans celebrated another successful milestone together with Dew.
Model, actor, and singer Dew Jirawat Sutivanichsak, more commonly known as Dew, made his debut in the entertainment industry as a model before being cast as Ren in the Hana Yori Dango remake, F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers in 2021.
