There are countless articles out there that speak about EXO or the members and their individual and group achievements. Some promote their albums, some their kdramas/movies, and some their albums. This is far from that.
EXO-SC debuted way back in 2019 and are finally set to have their concert as a duo in the Philippines this coming May 20, 2023, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
EXO-Ls have expressed on multiple occasions that EXO has helped them when they were struggling. The boys helped them heal, made them happy, and that they became a sweet escape after a long hard day.
We were able to ask some fans, Sehun and Chanyeol stans, questions about the boys. So let’s see who Sehun and Chanyeol are in the eyes of EXO-Ls.
Who exactly is Sehun and Chanyeol to these EXO-Ls?
Oh Sehun is one of the visuals of EXO and this made it very inevitable for the fans to fall for his amazing visuals. This maknae isn’t only loved just because of his looks, his child-like personality charmed not just the fans, but most of those that interact with him in the industry. His fans said that if they had just one true love in K-Pop, it would be him.
Park Chanyeol, as described by a fan, is an embodiment of passion and the consistent determination of reaching what your heart desires. This impacted so many of his fans as it gave encouragement to EXO-Ls that you can do what you want to do and reach for your dreams.
What attributes of Chanyeol and Sehun attracted you for them to become your bias?
Aside from having the biggest heart and passion for music, Chanyeol has always shown that as long as we put our focus into something our heart yearns for, nothing will be impossible. He has always outshined in all his performances; may it be concerts, movies, even plays, and that’s what makes him admirable.
In this way, he has also shown the compassionate and generous heart he has; by giving back to people who kept him going to where he currently is, to achieve everything he has right now.
Sehun has always been the member that’s given the least amount of lines, and seeing him gain more fans despite that made us see that he is indeed as talented as the rest of the members. His dedication to perform at 100% is what made his fans to be inspired towards striving for what they want. It’s a bonus that he’s incredibly handsome and very tall. But what attracted us the most with him is his charm when he dances and when he raps. He’s got a unique vocal tone and his dance lines are so on point.
His down to earth personality was what strengthened the qualities we adored in him. There are multiple events that he’s gone to orphanages and centers to give back to those that need help. It shows that his heart is kind and generous.
What is your message for Chanyeol and Sehun?
“May Chanyeol stay healthy as he continues to inspire everyone, may he always put himself first above all else.
Chanyeol-ah, I hope you know how much you’ve impacted the music industry. Thank you for showcasing your talents, for letting the world know about you.”
