The sensational boy group from South Korea, ENHYPEN, is back in Manila as the newest brand ambassadors for one of the Philippines’ leading lifestyle and fashion brands, BENCH/!
During the press conference held on May 27 at BGC, the boys expressed their excitement and gratitude for this opportunity. Heeseung shared,
“I know that BENCH is one of the Philippines’ leading lifestyle and fashion brands. That’s why we were so excited to work with BENCH, and we’re also grateful to come back to the Philippines to have an enjoyable time with them.”
The excitement didn’t stop there. ENHYPEN also talked about their upcoming Fun Meet with their fans, the ENGENEs, which took place on May 28 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. Jungwon mentioned,
“Actually, in our tours, it’s more of performances, but tomorrow it’s going to be different. It’s more intimate interactions with our fans because here we get to talk more.”
When it came to their Filipino ENGENEs, the members were full of praise and warmth. Jake said,
“Even here in the Philippines, we see a lot of people, a lot of fans singing along with our songs, and every time we hear that, we feel like we’re very blessed…”
Sweet Moments with ENHYPEN
Having attended various fan meetings, I can confidently say that this was one of the most worthwhile events. The arena was packed with ENGENEs, even on a weekday, and the show was filled with engaging segments. The ENGENE dance showdown showcased the fans’ talents, keeping everyone entertained while waiting for the show to begin.
Fans especially enjoyed activities like “Guess the Choreo,” where they guessed which song the boys were dancing to, and “Twinning Aegyo,” where lucky fans got to do aegyo side-by-side with the members, wearing the same BENCH outfits.
The fierce performances of “ParadoXXX Invasion” and their latest song “Sweet Venom” added to the excitement.
The boys’ reactions reflected their genuine enjoyment of the relaxed bonding time with their Filipino ENGENEs, especially when they watched the heartfelt video fan project filled with words of encouragement, love, and support from their Filipino fans.
Above all, the event was a testament to BENCH’s commitment to providing comfort and relaxation, perfectly embodied in this sweet experience with ENHYPEN.
Heeseung conveyed their heartfelt thanks, saying,
