A Fun Day Filled With New Memories to Cherish With OffGun and PondPhuwin

The most-awaited GMMTV FANDAY 13 in Manila with OffGun and PondPhuwin finally happened last July 6, 2024, at SM Skydome. The Skydome was filled with Babiis and Narawins, as they were excited to see their favorite Thai actors— Off, Gun, Pond, and Phuwin.

Even if this is not the first time Off and Gun went to Manila for a show, they always feel the warm support of their Babiis in the Philippines. True enough, they enjoyed their short yet captivating and memorable stay in the Philippines for GMMTV FANDAY 13 IN MANILA.

As for Pond and Phuwin, this is their first time in the Philippines. They are both speechless and thankful for the warm welcome of their fans who welcome them to their first show in Manila.

Here are a few highlights of their Manila show last July 6, 2024:

 

FAN DAY WITH OFFGUN

Off Jumpol and Gun Atthapan showcased their talents as they performed some of their tracks like “My Side,” from their hit series ‘Not Me,’ “In The End,” from ‘The Jungle’ series, and “What’s Zabb” from their series ‘Cooking Crush’ series.


With their latest series that is currently airing, The Trainee, Off, and Gun shared something about their character in the said series:

Off first talked about his character, Jane, “The character (Jane), is strict which is quite different from me because I am kind and playful, but the character (Jane), many will comment that he’s strict.”

Gun even added a few things about Off’s character in The Trainee series, “Right now, you guys may hate him but just keep watching and you’ll know his (Jane) reason.”

As for Gun’s character he said, “It’s quite similar to real life because if I’m not an actor I also don’t know what I will do so it’s similar to the character I received.”

In one of the segments, Off and Gun need to match their answers and both of them did a good job. They talked about their first fan meet in Korea and they were impressed that many fans were waiting for them. Their first fan meeting is in Korea so they are surprised and it is special for them.

When asked about what their plans are for their 10th anniversary, Gun said he wants to celebrate it through a party while Off said he wants to celebrate it through a big concert.

A very cute OffGun moment during the “Fashion Crush” game was when they needed to model traditional Filipino products like bayong (bag), panyo (handkerchief), and pamaypay (fan). Even if they succeeded with the game, they still need to do the punishment because it is a cute punishment. Lo and behold, Off and Gun both danced to BINI’s hit track “Pantropiko” as part of the punishment for the “Fashion Crush” game.

The fans also created a VCR video for Off and Gun which surely touched the hearts of Off and Gun.

“First of all, we would like to thank everyone here, every Babiis here, no matter where you are from, Filipino fan or International fan, every time we are here, we receive full support from the fans here so thank you for always supporting us. Every time you guys do the fan project, we know and we appreciate your efforts.” -Gun

“From the previous event that we’re here. I remember the energy from the fans and every year that I come back, I still receive more and more, so I will come back again and hopefully, I will receive the big support and the same energy from the fans.” –Off

 

FAN DAY WITH PONDPHUWIN

Pond and Phuwin surprised the fans when they opened their show and performed “We Are” from their on going series with the same title. The fans at the skydome screamed their hearts out for Pond and Phuwin to show their endless support for the actors.

“Hi guys, ang ganda niyo.” –Pond

“Hello, everyone. It’s a pleasure to meet you.” –Phuwin

Pond performed “Only One” while Phuwin performed “Living For You” which is both from the OST of their series ‘Never Let Me Go.’ For their final performance, they performed “Truth In The Eyes” and it captivated the hearts of the fans.

Pond and Phuwin talked about their upcoming projects like their “We Are FanCon” and their Asia Tour. They also shared that they have an upcoming series, which is Leap Day for Pond and Summer Night for Phuwin.

Pond and Phuwin showed their chemistry through a fun game “We Are Bachelors” in which Pond needed to find all of the sticky notes on Phuwin’s body and “We Are Partners” in which they played the famous newspaper dance game.

A remarkable moment is when the two dance to “Hit Me Up” as a punishment.

Toward the end of their fan meeting, the fans prepared a VCR and some fans had the chance to ask them questions, one fan asked them, “Are there any unscripted moments that you want to share?”

Pond answered, “Do you guys remember the scene where I came down from stairs and I was like ‘Oh,’ do you remember? Yeah, that scene was unscripted.

Aside from their first time in Manila, Phuwin celebrated his birthday in Manila on July 5, as it is his birthday and the fans also greeted him with a happy birthday on the day of their fan meeting. Pond then wished him to be healthy and not forget to sleep also since Phuwin was working so hard.

“Thank you guys so much. I wish you guys all healthy and I hope that we’ll come back soon and maybe on the We Are Fancon Tour.” –Pond

“Thank you everybody for such a warm welcome for our first time here. We are both speechless and it’s been a great time here. See you next time.” –Phuwin

GMMTV DANDAY 13 IN MANILA is surely memorable and full of fun memories as OffGun and PondPhuwin gave the best show for their Babiis and Narawins.
