HORI7ON, a global pop group, successfully completed their Daytour: Anchor High last November 3 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. Their second solo concert showcased not only their individual talents, but also marked a new era for HORI7ON.
HORI7ON SOLO PERFORMANCE
VINCI
Vinci, HORI7ON’s leader and main vocalist, continued to captivate the Anchors with his powerful voice when he performed Shaun Alan Williams’ Falling.
KIM
Anchors can’t control their feelings as Hori7on vocalist Kim serenaded them with an acoustic version of Cean Jr’s YK
KYLER
Kyler’s version of Elliot James Rey’s “I Think They Call This Love” captivated the Anchors’ hearts not only by his visual, but also with his sweet vocals. .
REYSTER
Reyster is well-known for his dancing skills in addition to his role as the main rapper. His contemporary dance to Die with a Smile, choreographed by him, displayed his sharp and graceful moves.
WINSTON
His charms and voice captured the Anchors’ hearts. Winston, the group’s vocalist, channels his inner Justin Bieber with his rendition of Off My Face.
JEROMY
HORI7ON’s main dancer and center, Jeromy, never fails to impress the Anchors with his effortless dancing abilities. His choreographed solo performance brought swag to the dance floor.
MARCUS
Marcus, the group’s maknae, transformed himself into a bad boy as he performed Rainism. His rendition of k-pop icon Rain’s hit song demonstrated his versatility within the group.
HORI7ON GROUP PERFORMANCE
HORI7ON also performed their recent single “Sumayaw Sumunod,” followed by Lovey-Dovey,” and a group performance of “How You Feel,” which was originally by Marcus, Jeromy, and LAPILLUS’ Haeun.
Not only that! the group surprised the fans with two of their unreleased songs, “COLD” and “2Cool2Care,” both written by Marcus and Vinci.
HORI7ON maintained the fans’ high enthusiasm by performing songs from Dream Maker such as “Odd Eye,” “Tiger,” and “Hit Me,” as well as “Meteor,” “Dash,” “Mama,” and “Salamat.”
As the HORI7ON mascot, GAVIN, presented a surprise cake on stage, the boys couldn’t contain their emotions and conveyed their love for Anchors by reading their prepared letter to them.
VINCI: We’re all in this together, Hori7ons.
Jeromy: Please remember that Hori7on could never sail without Anchors.
Marcus: I’ll always be better than yesterday.
Kyler: Let’s make more memories together, Anchors!
Reyster: I wanna tell you that you’re very strong. You’re trying not to give up.
Winston: Mahal na mahal namin kayo (we really really love you), our Anchors!
Kim: Hindi lang kayo mga supporters, pamilya ang turing ko sa inyo (Anchors are not just supporters, we treat you as our family).
Until their final performance, the boys’ energy, smiles, and affection for the fans were visible. Vinci, Kim, Kyler, Reyster, Winston, Jeromy, and Marcus wrapped up their Daytour: Anchor High with performances of “Lucky,” “Six7een,” and “Sumayaw Sumunod.”
It has only been year after their debut but their incredible talents are currently being recognized over the world, and their dedication and commitment demonstrated how they successfully won their Anchors’ hearts.
Surely, it’s a memorable experience for both HORI7ON and ANCHORS; it is more than just a concert, but a celebration of both success and friendship. Let’s keep sailing together, HORI7ON and ANCHORS!
