EXO’s eternal maknae, Xiumin, showed EXO-Ls just how much fun he knows how to have—and EXO-Ls proved exactly what kind of crowd they can be. Last May 10 was a night beyond imagination, featuring everything from a wildly entertaining talk segment with MC Kyungmin and Xiumin to an unforgettable moment of Xiumin dancing to “Chicken Banana.”
MC Kyungmin made the talk segment with Xiumin highly entertaining, diving into fun topics like Xiumin’s reputation as a cleaning master. He even shared his detailed routine: start by washing the dishes, then load the laundry, dust off surfaces, and finally vacuum the entire house. Now that’s what you call thorough!
I don’t think many people know what Xiumin’s audition piece was, but he revealed during his fan concert that it was Footsteps—and he even performed it noraebang-style for his Filipino fans! From noraebang to historical dramas, Xiumin also talked about Heo’s Diner, sharing that it was actually filmed last year, which is why it didn’t immediately register with him when it aired. As he watched it, memories of the more challenging scenes came flooding back, but he was genuinely happy that EXO-Ls enjoyed the drama.
Among his performances, the standout favorites were Brand New, Whee!, Switch Off, and Beyond. As an EXO-L, the one I was most excited to see was definitely Beyond, since it was the song that originally made me a huge fan of Xiumin.
Xiumin’s performances are always charged with an electric energy, and he somehow manages to make everything irresistibly cute! He wraps up each stage with a touch of aegyo, leaving everyone completely smitten.
Xiumin was deeply impressed with the energy that his fans have. EXO-Ls chanted Pogi, which means handsome in Filipino and his declared MBTI after the event was P-O-G-I.
Everyone left that venue wanting more, Xiumin included.
